  • Hi guys,

Great podcast in general. But please offer some more transparency. I am a long time user of Awardwallet and I really enjoyed the show

However, it sounded more like a sales pitch instead of an honest review/presentation of the service. You should bring up some of the negative points too. Most important one, security. As now all of your programs become vulnerable when only one website gets hacked. No matter how strong your password is. I know there are options at Awardwallet but these have a negative effect on the service and some features don’t work as good anymore. Also another big issue is, that you can’t track Delta Airlines and as one of the legacy carriers, this is important. It would be great to talk about that too, especially for new users. Other than that, great show. I really liked it. This is not a rant, I just want to give some constructive feedback.

    • Peter, you bring up a good point on Delta. Honestly, I don’t collect SkyMiles so I don’t internalize that as a downside. I’m not sure I agree on the security risk, but I can understand any security concern. It’s thee age we live in, and a bit scary. Thanks for the note!
